This house is located in a prime urban area above Locarno, with an impressive view of the city, mountains and a lake. The project is a discrete response to a daily subject: to build in an urban area and chaotic. For this reason completely omitted all the attributes of a classic house. Two simple cubes appear over the hill, and associates more fragmented landscape than the existing buildings, the house looks like a large stone wall that appears almost timeless.
The interior habitable generated through cavities. Two similar big openings with wooden shutters, gates serve as mobile, they generate and deliver access to views of the landscape. Additional natural light is obtained through courtyards, while the pool water, embedded in the valley opposite to the cube of stone blends perfectly with the lake.
